The club can confirm that Alessandro Florenzi has today completed a move to French side Paris Saint-Germain.
The 29-year-old joins the Ligue 1 champions on a temporary basis until 30 June 2021.
A graduate of the club's academy system, Florenzi has gone on to make 279 appearances for the Giallorossi, scoring 28 goals – perhaps the most famous of those coming from the halfway line against Barcelona in the Champions League back in 2015.
A full Italy international, Florenzi has also made 36 appearances for his country to date – scoring two goals.
Having spent a season at Crotone earlier in his career, Florenzi also spent the second half of the 2019-20 campaign on loan at Spanish club Valencia – for whom he made 14 appearances in all competitions.
The club would like to wish Alessandro the best of luck with his new adventure in France.
