Kumbulla was contacted by the mother of Ajni, 4, after their family moved to Italy in recent months - explaining that the little boy had found his first few months in a strange new country quite difficult.
Albanian international Marash, who himself was born in Italy to Albanian parents, decided to send the youngster of support - recounting his own experiences too.
"Hi Ajni, your mum told me that you've been a bit sad recently," Max said, in Albanian, in the message.
"You shouldn't be, though, because Italy is a beautiful country that will give you every chance to realise your dreams. I'm sending you a big hug - stay strong champ!"
