Gyomber, 23, spent the previous season on loan at the Giallorossi from Catania, and the club has now exercised its option to sign the Slovakian on a permanent basis for €1.5 million.
The player has signed a three-year contract that expires on 30 June 2019.
Gyomber, who is currently with the Slovakia squad at the European Championship in France, arrived at Roma in 2015, and has since made nine appearances for the club.
