Mohamed Salah thanked Roma for the "best years of his career so far" after it was confirmed that he will join Premier League side Liverpool this summer.
A deal for the 25-year-old winger was agreed on Thursday, with Liverpool paying an initial €42 million for Salah's services.
After the transfer was announced, Salah took to Twitter to express his gratitude to the club, his teammates and Roma supporters after two successful seasons in the Italian capital.

"First of all, I would like to thank AS Roma, the players, and the fans," Salah wrote.
"With Roma, I had the best years of my career so far and I will have nothing but gratitude and great memories."
After joining the club in 2015, Salah went on to make 83 appearances for the Giallorossi - scoring 34 goals.
