AS Roma is pleased to announce the signing of Saud Abdulhamid on a permanent deal from Al Hilal.
Saud, a right-back born in 1999, is also capable of playing on the left. He is a direct player who frequently attacks down the flanks at pace, causing problems in the opponent's final third.
This is supported by statistics from last season, when he was a vital player in Al-Hilal's league title victory. In 32 games in the Saudi Pro League, Saud scored three goals and assisted five.
The defender will be the first Saudi Arabian footballer in Serie A history, wearing the number 12 shirt for the Giallrossi.
