Roma were back in action at the Albufeira Municipal Stadium on Monday night, as they defeated Portuguese opposition Casa Pia 1-0.

The Giallorossi took the lead just after the half-hour mark via a calm and collected finish by Stephan El Shaarawy, but should have had more if not for some wasted opportunities in front of goal.

Roma controlled possession throughout the game, with Mourinho bringing on Marash Kumbulla, Tammy Abraham, Leonardo Spinazzola, and Eldor Shomorodov in the second half to provide fresh legs.

The side will be back in action at the same venue on Thursday evening, where they will face dutch side RKC Waalwijk in the final game of their Portugal tour.
