The teenager, who cannot now be named for legal reasons, becomes the 12th individual featured in one of the club's videos to be recovered - and the fourth this summer alone.
The club was informed of the good news via the ITAKA Foundation, the only Polish organisation of its kind that offers comprehensive support and assistance in a situation when somebody goes missing in the country.
Through the club's partnership with the International Center for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC), Roma was able to help raise further awareness about the case - and, over the weekend, positive news finally arrived.
Earlier this summer t wo children featured in the video to announce goalkeeper Rui Patricio were subsequently found safe and well, while a further individual highlighted in the same video to welcome defender Matias Vina was also returned to loved ones.
The club began the social media initiative in the summer of 2019, looking to harness the worldwide interest in transfer signings to raise awareness about the plight of missing children across the world.
The various announcement videos have been viewed over 16 million times across Roma's social media accounts, shining a spotlight on more than 150 missing children cases from across the globe.
Over 600,000 people watched the video that welcomed Shomurodov's arrival, which featured the missing Polish child.
Along with ICMEC, the club have partnered with Telefono Azzurro (Italy), the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (USA), Missing People (UK), Missing Child Kenya and more, to ensure as wide a reach as possible.
A young boy from Athens, a girl in Italy, three teenagers from England, a young boy from Belgium and two children from Kenya had all previously been found safe after appearing in transfer videos published by the club.
On Wednesday, another football club joined the cause - as Greek side PAOK announced their latest signing in a similar fashion.
