Joel Voelkerling Persson, Luigi Cherubini and Riccardo Pagano all got on the scoresheet in Bergamo as the Under-19s continue to set the pace in the league.
"It was far from an easy game," coach Alberto De Rossi said afterwards.
"It's easy to say after games like this that the opposition were not as good. But really we made it impossible for them with the way we played. Today we were up against a very strong side and we produced a brilliant display, one that it is hard to improve on."
The team were also without Felix Afena-Gyan, who made his debut for Jose Mourinho's senior side on Wednesday evening.
"We are earning our salaries - because the main target for us is to bring players through to the first team," De Rossi added.
"That process is going well. We've helped him along a little bit, as have the other coaches ... and it's a great feeling to see him with the first team."
