The agreement was agreed on Tuesday, as Roma defender Aleksandar Kolarov visited the children's ward at San Raffaele Pisana hospital to hand out gifts and pose for photos to the young residents.
The agreement means both organisations can continue to work on a number of initiatives like 'Toys Day', which brought Kolarov to the Rome hospital.
In conjunction with Roma Cares, the two parties will begin rolling out a number of similar projects designed to help those dealing with the most difficult circumstances.
As part of the agreement, San Raffaele will also provide medical and health assistance at the Stadio Olimpico on match days in Serie A, the Coppa Italia and European competition.
Players will also have access to the most modern and advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques as their condition is monitored over the season.
