GENERAL INFORMATION

AS Roma, as instructed by UEFA, informs its fans about the procedures that will be adopted for the purchase of tickets for the Europa League final scheduled for May 31 at the Puskas Arena in Budapest.

The purchase of the ticket for the match will be allowed to AS Roma fans, exclusively through access codes that will allow to finalize the purchase itself through the official sales portal managed by UEFA. 

Official ticket sales reserved for Roma fans will be scheduled from 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 20 to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2023. 

Each access code will allow the purchase of only one ticket. 

No payment will be required when booking the code, via the asroma.com website, but you will only acquire the right to obtain the access code valid for the finalization of the purchase. 

Beyond the dates indicated, it will no longer be possible to make the ticket purchase.

Tickets will be distributed digitally by Uefa through the dedicated APP "Uefa Mobile tickets" by the evening of Friday, May 26, 2023. Click here for more information on ticket distribution.

Terms and conditions of ticket purchase will be available on the Uefa portal and must be read and accepted by each individual buyer before completing the transaction on the portal.

The master data of the ticket holders (first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, telephone and document number) will have to be compulsorily communicated to Uefa directly through the App, which will then allow to activate the ticket and enter the Stadium.

DATES AND WAYS TO RESERVE VALID ACCESS CODES FOR PURCHASE

From 9:00 a.m. on Friday, 19, to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, 20 May 2023

The finalization of the booking process through the asroma.com website will allow the fan to obtain an access code valid for the purchase of the ticket on the official sales portal made available by Uefa from 13:00 on Saturday, May 20.

During the booking process, it will be possible to select the category of seat one wishes to purchase. The sector displayed on the virtual map of the booking process is purely indicative. The actual seat will be assigned by UEFA at the end of the process of allocating available seats.

Only one access code may be booked per transaction and up to a maximum of two per individual MYASR account. Each code will entitle the purchase of only one ticket valid for the price category selected during the booking process.

The access code will be sent to the email address linked to the MYASR account used during booking.

PRE-EMPTION AND FREE BOOKING PHASES

PHASE 1 - AS ROMA SERIE A 22/23 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS (CLASSIC AND PLUS): this first phase is reserved for holders of Serie A season tickets for the 2022/23 season, until all available seats per single category assigned to this phase are sold out.

From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, May 19, 2023. Once logged in to your MYASR account, you will simply log in by entering your 2022/23 season ticket PNR code and your date of birth in the appropriate fields.

You will be allowed to reserve one code per single transaction and up to a maximum of 2 per MYASR account.

ATTENTION! Codes reserved in this step will be emailed to subscribers by 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

PHASE 2 - FREE BOOKING (guaranteed):

From 5:00 p.m. on Friday 19, to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2023. until all available single-category seats assigned to this phase are sold out.

The relevant purchase link for this specific phase will be published at 5 p.m., so it is not recommended to log on to the dedicated phase 1 link for subscribers in advance. In this case, The virtual queue management system will not be able to redirect to the free reservation process and the acquired position will therefore be invalid for the purpose of the new opening. 

At this stage, you will only need to log in to your MYASR account and access the web reservation process by selecting your chosen price category.

You will be allowed to book one code per transaction and up to a maximum of 2 per individual MYASR account.

ATTENTION! Codes booked at this stage will be emailed to applicants by 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 21, 2023.

AS Roma fans will be reserved for the ticket quota in the South section (entrances E-F).

The sector highlighted on the virtual reservation map is purely indicative. 

The actual seat will be assigned by UEFA upon completion of the allocation process of all available seats. 

There will be a limited visibility seat quota for all indicated categories with variable prices. 

The visibility will be indicated directly on the Uefa portal at the time of purchase, for each specific seat category, as "Restricted View".

AS Roma disclaims any responsibility in case of purchase of restricted view tickets.

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

UEFA will also make available to AS Roma a quantity of tickets for Persons with Disabilities in Wheelchairs and 100% Disabled Persons with Easy Access to their seats.

GENERAL PUBLIC: from 5 p.m. on Friday, May 19 to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2023.

Again, the allocation criterion will be exclusively based on the time order of arrival of applications.

HOW TO BUY TICKETS ON THE UEFA PORTAL

• Click on the link you will receive via email from AS Roma and log in to the UEFA portal.
• Create your account or use the one you have.
• In case of a new account, you will be asked to confirm your account by email. Make sure you have the login password for the email address you are using.
• Once you have logged in, enter the unique code received by email from AS Roma. Select the ticket proposed by the system. You will be assigned a seat for the category you chose when booking on asroma.com. 
• If you have 2 codes available, you will be able to redeem them directly in a single transaction. This will guarantee that you will get 2 seats close together in the allocation process from Uefa.
• Complete the ticket application process and make the payment

Tickets will be distributed digitally by Uefa via the UEFA MOBILE TICKETS APP by the evening of Friday, May 26, 2023.

All fans entering Puskas Arena stadium, including children of all ages and heights, must be ticketed.

Once downloaded to their App, tickets will be transferable to other accounts only no later than 9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30.
