How it works
1Download or update the “AS Roma – Il Mio Posto” App.
Click here to download or update the APP or search for “AS Roma - Il Mio Posto” in the Apple Store or Google Play. The new APP “Il mio posto” will be available starting from July.
2Log in to the APP via “MY ASR”
When you first start the APP, enter your MyASR account.
If you don't have your account yet, registering is super easy. Get your MyASR account, register here!
3Activate your 2024/25 Digital Season Ticket starting from July 2024.
Once you are logged into the app, visit the Season Ticket section and enter your PNR and date of birth. The PNR is the 6-character code that was sent to you in the subscription purchase confirmation email.
4Access the stadium with your smartphone
On the day of the match, simply launch the APP and select “Season Ticket” from the menu at the bottom. Bring the QR code close to the turnstile reader to enter the Stadium!

Manage and resell your seat
Only with Classic Extra and Plus season tickets, you can resell your seat via the official AS Roma website.
Access the appropriate section and manage your season ticket independently.
Change user holder, not on big matches
With the digital season ticket on APP, you can send someone else to the stadium in your place.
Access the ‘change user’ section and give up your season ticket completely independently.
For the same match, the change of user will be allowed for a maximum of one time on the same PNR.
Upgrade your seat
Starting from July you will have the chance to change your seat within the same sector directly from the APP.
