Voucher Requests – FAQs
Who can request a voucher?
Anyone in possession of a valid 2019/20 Season Ticket or a single match ticket for the postponed Roma v Sampdoria (15/3/20) and Roma v Udinese (22/3/2020) matches.
When will it be possible to request a voucher?
The voucher request platform will be open from Wednesday 24 June 2020.
The voucher will be issued within 15 days of the date of the request. It will be loaded onto the account you create on https://asroma.vivaticket.it/.
How much time do I have to request a voucher?
Voucher requests must be made by 23:59 CEST on Thursday 23 of July 2020. No requests made after this time will be considered.
How do I request a voucher?
You will need to register on the https://asroma.vivaticket.it/ website, verify your mobile phone number and go to the specific voucher request page.
Every voucher request will be associated with the account of a claimant and will therefore be fully traceable.
How do I request a voucher if I have a ticket?
All users in possession of a ticket for the ROMA v SAMPDORIA and ROMA v UDINESE matches will be entitled to request a voucher equal to the nominal value of the ticket originally purchased. The voucher will not include any additional fees incurred by the user.
Follow these simple steps to obtain a voucher:
1. Register on https://asroma.vivaticket.it/;
2. Once you have saved your details and activated your account, you will be able to access the voucher request platform.
3. Select the “Sigillo Fiscale” [SIAE Security Code] or “Numero di Codice a Barre” [Barcode Number] fields and enter your details.
4. The system will show the value of the ticket associated with the details entered.
5. Before confirming, you will have to upload a picture of the ticket.
6. Once the request has been sent, the system will send a confirmation email to the address provided during registration. You will be notified that your voucher has been issued within 15 days of making the request. The voucher will appear in the “My Vivaticket” section of your account.
In the event that a request is made from one account for a voucher for multiple tickets, a single voucher for the sum value of all tickets will be issued.
It is not possible to change and/or cancel requests that have been sent and confirmed.
How is the value of my voucher calculated?
Season Ticket holders will receive back the pro rata quote of each single game postponed. For example, for a Curva Sud Season Ticket holder, the voucher refund will be calculated as follow: (269€:19)*6= 84,94€.
Holders of a match-day ticket for the Roma v Sampdoria and Roma v Udinese matches will be issued with a voucher equal to the face value of the ticket originally purchased. The voucher will not include any additional fees incurred by the user.
How and when can I spend my voucher?
The voucher will be valid for use for 36 months from the date of issue. The voucher may only be used to purchase season tickets and/or match-day tickets for events organised by AS Roma at the Stadio Olimpico through asroma.com or at AS Roma Stores.
The voucher can be used in multiple transactions until all the credit has been used.
In the event that the amount of credit on the voucher is not used in full by the expiry date, it will not be possible to recoup the remaining credit.
Can I request a voucher for another person?
Yes. You can make multiple requests from the same account on https://asroma.vivaticket.it/.
Once the system has validated all the requests, a single voucher associated with the claimant account will be generated.
Can I donate my voucher to Roma Cares?
Yes. In order to do this, allow the 30-day voucher request period to pass (deadline 23 July 2020) and do not carry out any of the procedures involving the https://asroma.vivaticket.it/ platform.

Can I get my ticket refund in monetary form rather than as a voucher?
Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds in monetary form.
In response to the measures adopted by the authorities to organise the resumption of the Serie A TIM 2019-20 season without the presence of fans (also known as playing “behind closed doors”) in order to contain the COVID-19 pandemic, AS Roma S.p.A. (hereinafter also “AS Roma” or the “Club”) informs its fans that tickets for home games suspended from 8 March 2020 onwards and subsequently rearranged to be played behind closed doors between 24 June and 2 August 2020, according to the new official schedule announced by Lega Serie A, will be refunded by the Club. This is in accordance with Article 88 of the Legislative Decree of 17 March 2020 and subsequent modifications and integrations, as converted into Law No.27 of 24 April 2020. Refunds will be issued in the form of a digital voucher which can be used as set out below.
What do I do if I have a season ticket in the “standard” stadium sections?
Season Ticket will be cancelled, and they won’t be allowed to enter to the stadium until the end of the Serie A 2019/20 season.
In accordance with Article 88 of the Legislative Decree of 17 March 2020 and subsequent modifications and integrations, as converted into Law No.27 of 24 April 2020, all season-ticket holders in the Curva Sud, Distinti Sud, Curva Nord, Tribuna Tevere and Tribuna Monte Mario sections will be able to request a refund, in the form of a digital voucher, for the matches suspended from 8 March 2020 onwards.
Refund requests may only be made through https://asroma.vivaticket.it.
Can I request a voucher for a season ticket in the “premium” sections?
The VivaForVoucher platform is unable to process requests from Premium season-ticket holders. Partners will be provided with full details through their account managers in the coming weeks.
