STADIO OLIMPICO DI ROMA - CODE OF CONDUCT

(ART. 1 SEPTIES OF D.L. 28/2003, CONVERTED AND AMENDED BY LAW 88/2003)

For "Club" or "A.S. Roma," the term refers to A.S. Roma S.r.l. For "Event," the term refers to any sports event taking place at the Stadio Olimpico di Roma, organized and/or managed by A.S. Roma.

According to this regulation, "sports facility" refers to all areas of relevance, including the external reserved area of the Stadio Olimpico di Roma.

Entry and stay at the sports facility, for any reason, during football matches are regulated by the "usage regulations"; purchasing an entry ticket implies the spectator's acceptance of these rules.

Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of the service contract, leading to expulsion from the facility and the application of an administrative fine ranging from €100 to €500.

If the offender has already been sanctioned in the same sports season, even at a different venue, for the same violation of the usage regulations, the fine may be increased up to half the maximum amount, and a ban from sports events may be imposed.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The stadium access ticket is personal and will only be issued after registering the buyer's personal details (D.M. 06/06/2005). The ticket may be transferred to third parties, subject to prior notification to the Club, in accordance with the specified procedures for registering the new holder's data. Any illegal access ticket will be confiscated by the Club staff or law enforcement officers.
  • To enter the facility, in addition to the access ticket, a valid identity document is required and must be presented upon request by stewards to verify correspondence between the ticket holder and its bearer.
  • The access ticket must be kept until leaving the stadium.
  • Spectators have the right and duty to occupy their assigned seat; by purchasing the ticket, they agree not to occupy other seats, even if unoccupied, unless expressly authorized by the event organizer.
  • Spectators may be subjected to checks, including by stewards using metal detectors, to prevent the introduction of illegal, prohibited, and/or dangerous materials. They must follow the instructions provided by stewards.
  • For public order reasons, the Public Security Authority or the Club may restrict or deny entry or stay at the Stadium, even to those with a valid access ticket. Access to the Stadium is strictly prohibited for individuals subject to bans due to sports-related violence.
  • The Club is not liable for losses, accidents, or damages to persons or property inside the Stadium unless directly attributable to its negligence or fault.
  • The Club does not guarantee that the match will take place on the scheduled date and time; it also reserves the right to reschedule the date and time of the match without prior notice and without incurring any liability.
  • In case of postponed or canceled events, refunds will be processed according to the access ticket purchase contract. The Club will have no further obligation beyond the ticket refund and cannot be held responsible for any other claims, reasons, or actions. Refunds or ticket exchanges will only be granted upon presentation and return of the ticket.
