With reference to inaccurate news published in relation to the tax audit of the Italian tax police, the Company considers the related allegations not grounded and intends to prove the lawfulness and fairness of its conduct with the competent bodies, it being anyhow understood that, even if such allegations were to be ascertained, the maximum tax burden would still not exceed approx. EUR 2 million.
