The Giallorosse will be looking to claim one of the 12 remaining spots in the group stage, joining the already-qualified Barcelona, Lyon, Bayern Munich and Chelsea.
Twenty-four clubs are in the draw for Round 2: the 15 teams who won their Round 1 ties plus nine others entering the tournament at this stage. There are two groups: a champions path, which includes Roma, and a league path.
Eleven winners from Round 1 plus Slavia Praha, Rosengård and Roma are split into two pots, one seeded and one unseeded. Roma are among the seven teams with the highest coefficient so will be pitted against one of these unseeded teams:
AFC Ajax
ŽFK Spartak Subotica
FC Vorskla
Apollon Ladies FC
Valur
AS FC Universitatea Olimpia Cluj
SK Brann
The first team out of the pot plays the first leg at home.
Clubs from the same association cannot be drawn against each other.
