Linari extends Roma stay until 2026!

Roma Women are pleased to announce that defender Elena Linari has agreed a contract extension with the club.

Linari, 28, has put pen-to-paper on a new four-year deal that runs until 30 June 2026.

Since joining the club in January 2021, the Italy international has made 41 appearances for the Giallorosse in all competitions – scoring three goals.

The imposing centre-back was a key component of the 2020-21 Coppa Italia-winning side.

“I am proud to have the opportunity to extend my contract with Roma,” Linari said.

“There is a great project in place here and I am delighted to continue to be part of it.

“I am determined to achieve lots of great things in these colours; I hope to repay the faith the club has put in me and the affection the fans have always shown me.”
