The initiative, which is dedicated to the late Willy Monteiro, sees members of the Giallorossi squad speak to local children about the importance of qualities like teamwork, respect and fair play for all.
The two players visited the Galileo Galilei Technical Institute, where they spoke to a class of about 20 children.
Ahead of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women on November 25, both players also spoke about this subject with students.
"I am delighted to represent Roma during events like these," said Di Guglielmo.
"We are human beings, not just footballers, and whenever we have the chance to send positive messages like today's I am delighted to get involved.
She added: “Domestic violence is probably something that seems very distant to all of us, but I think that is why it is important to start educating even the youngest on topics like this."
Both players were joined at the event by Monica Lucarelli, Rome's Equal Opportunities Assessor.
"We need to start with the youngest students in order to see real results over the medium and long-term," Lucarelli said. "That is why projects like this one, boosted by the involvement of players, are so crucial."
Francesco Pastorella, head of Roma Department, added: "Last year we decided to embark on a campaign to raise awareness about the problem of violence against women - trying to make a real impact.
"We have helped a number of women but we cannot stop now."
