AS Roma can confirm that Adem Ljajic has been sold to Torino FC on a permanent deal for a fee of €8.5 million
The total sum could eventually rise to €9m, should both player and club meet agreed performance clauses.
The Serbian forward, who joined Roma in August 2013, scored 15 goals in 74 appearances for the club.
He spent last season on loan at Inter.
