Luca Pellegrini has undergone reconstructive surgery on the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee.
The operation was carried out successfully and Pellegrini will immediately begin his rehabilitation on Sunday.
The defender, 18, was injured during Friday's friendly win against Czech side Slovacko in Pinzolo.
