The left-back joins from Portuguese side Sporting Club on a temporary basis until 30 June 2018. As part of the agreement, the Giallorossi have the option to make the transfer permanent.

The 23-year-old, a full Argentina international, began his career at hometown club Estudiantes de la Plata – before joining Sporting in the summer of 2014.
In total he made 43 appearances for the Portuguese side, after spending the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Boca Juniors.
"I am pleased to confirm the arrival of Jonathan Silva,” the club's sporting director, Monchi, said.
"He is a young player that has already demonstrated his personality and technical ability, attributes that have enabled him to play for a top club like Sporting."
Silva made his international debut for Argentina in 2014.
This season he made 10 appearances in all competitions for Sporting.
