Terms and conditions for 2024/25 season tickets subscription

1. The subscription can be of the category "classic" (the "Classic Subscription"), "classic extra" (the "Classic Extra Subscription"), "plus" (the "Plus Subscription") or "corporate" (the "Corporate Subscription" and, in general, in conjunction with the Classic Subscription, the Classic Extra and the Plus Subscription, the "Subscription"").
   
   The Season Ticket, with the exception of the Corporate Season Ticket as specified in letter R below, entitles you to attend the home matches of the 2024/2025 Serie A TIM Championship, in accordance with the calendar - dates, times and places - issued by the Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A and its variations, in the place indicated in the appropriate section of the "My Place" application. In the event of changes in the date, time or place of the matches compared to the official ones determined by the Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A and/or UEFA, the applicant for the Season Ticket is entitled to a refund of the pro-rata price of the Season Ticket in proportion to the sporting events not used, except in cases of exclusion of this right pursuant to point C) of this form. AS Roma will communicate, from time to time, on the official website, with notices at the points of sale and/or by press the methods of reimbursement;
   
   
2. All Subscriptions are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties in any way or in any way, without prejudice to the possibility for the subscriber to use the user change function for a specific match for a maximum of: n. 2 (two) matches for the Classic Subscription, 3 (three) for the Classic Extra Subscription and a maximum of 4 (four) matches for the Plus Subscription during the season and for a maximum of 1 (one) time for the same PNR or for the same match, in accordance with current legislation, without prejudice in any case to the exclusion of the possibility of transferring the title in the event of matches against FC Internazionale, Juventus FC, SS Lazio, AC Milan and SSC Napoli). The applicant for the Season Ticket acknowledges that season tickets with a special reduced rate for Under 16, Under 25 and Over 65 do not allow the change of user, except for a maximum of 2 (two) matches during the season, without prejudice to the exclusion of the possibility of transferring the title for matches against Inter, Juventus,  Lazio, AC Milan and Napoli. Without prejudice to the above, it is understood that the sale of Under 16, Under 25 and Over 65 tickets at a special reduced rate can only be made exclusively in favour of subjects belonging to the same category (i.e.  Under 16). The applicant for the Season Ticket acknowledges that the season tickets with a special reduced rate Life Annuity and Disabled/Invalids 100 do not allow the change of user, with the express exception of those accompanying the Disabled/Invalids 100 for whom it is always guaranteed.
   
   
3. The season ticket gives you the right to use the assigned seat in the recovery of suspended matches in accordance with the provisions of the FIGC regulations. In the event of disqualification from the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, the obligation to play home matches behind closed doors and/or any total or partial reduction in the capacity of the stadium or closures of sectors provided for by law, regulations or measures of public or sporting authorities (including, among these, sports justice bodies) concerning the seat assigned to the user with the Season Ticket,  the applicant for the Season Ticket, subject to the availability of seats inside the Stadium, is - according to the time criterion of purchase of the Season Ticket - reassigned a seat of equal or higher or level. In the event that it is impossible to reassign a seat pursuant to the above, the applicant for the Season Ticket is entitled to a refund of the pro-rata price of the Season Ticket in proportion to the sporting events not used, except in cases where the aforementioned reductions, disqualifications or other restrictions result from conduct attributable to the Season Ticket applicant or from violent or discriminatory behavior of fans,  that the applicant for the Subscription has helped to determine. In the event of such reductions, disqualifications or restrictions, travel expenses will be borne by the season ticket holder, except in cases where such disqualification results from AS Roma's non-performance. In the latter case, the right to any greater damage suffered by the applicant for the Subscription remains unaffected. It is understood between the Parties that the refund will not be due in cases where the aforementioned reductions, disqualifications or restrictions concern the seat assigned to the user with the Season Ticket, if AS Roma, on the same date and time as the matches are played, offers the user a seat of equal or higher level than the applicant for the Season Ticket and the latter refuses without just cause;
   
   
4. The Digital Subscription is the only title that legitimizes access to the Olympic Stadium in Rome and the exercise of the rights conferred with the Subscription. In the event of loss, destruction or theft of the Season Ticket, AS Roma will take appropriate steps in accordance with the applicable regulations regarding substitutions, duplicates, reduced-rate tickets or other equivalent tickets;
   
   
5. The season ticket in the Curva Nord consists of 18 matches (excluding the Roma-Lazio match). Curva Nord season ticket holders for the home match against S.S. Lazio will be guaranteed a reserved purchase phase with a price reserved for them and with the right to choose their seat, subject in any case to the limits of the availability of the Stadium.
   
   
6. The applicant for the Season Ticket acknowledges that on the occasion of the First Team's home matches at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, relating to any 2024/2025 UEFA and Coppa Italia 2024/2025 competitions for which he/she has exercised the right of first refusal on his/her seat, AS Roma may, at its discretion, assign him/her, subject to availability, a seat other than the one indicated on the Season Ticket;
   
   
7. The applicant for the Subscription also acknowledges that in the event that a ban on access to sporting events (DASPO) is imposed on him/her, even after the purchase of the Subscription, or is the recipient of restrictive provisions of a health nature or force majeure (such as, by way of example. Isolation obligations related to the containment of the COVID-19 pandemic and/or other epidemiological emergencies) or in any case reasons that prevent the maintenance of one's Season Ticket, the applicant for the Season Ticket will be forbidden to enter the Olympic Stadium in Rome, without the right to any type of refund.
   
   
8. It is understood that the Subscription may be used by another person, observing the procedures and limitations indicated in points B) and Q) of this form. In the event of improper or fraudulent use of the Season Ticket during one or more matches, the Season Ticket may be suspended or cancelled, with consequent prohibition from accessing the Olympic Stadium in Rome.
   
   
12. The applicant for the Season Ticket acknowledges that for reasons of public order, the change of name of the Season Ticket user may be inhibited on the occasion of one or more matches, or the Season Ticket may be suspended or cancelled, as well as the access to the Season Ticket applicant or the relative user on the occasion of one or more matches, without prejudice to the provisions of points C) and G) of this form.
    
    
13. The applicant for the Subscription declares that he/she has correctly provided all the data and information requested. The applicant for the Season Ticket also acknowledges that in the event that discrepancies are subsequently found with respect to the data and information provided that make his Season Ticket not in compliance with the regulations in force, the applicant for the Season Ticket will be prohibited from entering the Olympic Stadium in Rome. Its use by third parties, if such use is permitted, will be permitted in the same manner and with the same limitations provided for in point B) of this form;
    
    
14. The applicant for the Season Ticket acknowledges that AS Roma has adopted, in accordance with the Code of Sporting Justice, a Code of Conduct that identifies conduct that does not comply with the canons and principles that it considers representative of its sporting tradition and identity. The applicant undertakes to comply with the Code of Conduct and acknowledges that AS Roma may revoke and/or suspend for a specified period, depending on the seriousness of the violation committed, its approval, which is essential for the purposes of access to the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, to all those who are responsible for the transgressive conduct identified therein. By signing these terms and conditions of subscription to the Season Ticket, the applicant declares that he/she has read and accepts the Regulations of the Stadio Olimpico di Roma and the Code of Conduct which are available on the AS Roma Website www.asroma.it at the following link https://www.asroma.com/it/biglietti/stadio-olimpico.
    
    
15. The applicant for the Season Ticket agrees to be photographed, filmed or filmed by AS Roma, including through its representatives, on the occasion of matches at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. AS Roma shall have the right to transmit, publish, communicate to the public, use or exploit, with the widest possible right to sub-license to third parties, the portrait, image or voice of the applicant for the Subscription in any form or manner, in whole or in part, without any limitation of time, passage, language, method and space, in any venue (including television,  Internet and/or other telematic networks), on any medium and by any means currently known and/or invented in the future, for the purpose of the creation of audiovisual content relating to AS Roma by or on behalf of AS Roma's official communication organs and their dissemination, including for promotional and advertising purposes, through any channel or means of communication,  including public or private television, free or pay-per-view, the Internet (including social media and websites) and/or mobile applications, cinemas and any other means of communication to the public existing or invented in the future, provided that such dissemination takes place in compliance with the rights relating to honour and reputation and within the limits established by current legislation.
    
    
16. Since this is the provision of services related to leisure as per art. 59 paragraph 1 letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014), the purchasers of the Subscription do not have the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
    
    Inside the Stadio Olimpico in Rome, it is strictly forbidden to use electronic devices for the recording and/or transmission and/or production and/or distribution, in any way carried out, of any audio, video or audiovisual material, as well as any information or data concerning the progress, conduct, or any other aspect of each betting match, commercial activities not previously authorized or for any other purpose contrary to these terms and conditions, unless authorized or permitted by the Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A and the Club. The use of mobile phones is permitted only and exclusively for strictly personal use. In the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, access to the Olympic Stadium of Rome may be denied or, in any case, may result in removal from the same, without the right to any type of refund.
    
    
17. Here to:
    
    (i) to the Classic Extra Subscription, the applicant for the Season Ticket will have the right to resell the same, under the terms and conditions specified below, through the online management system of the modification of the user of the Subscription, available in the reserved area of the "Il Mio Posto" App, the access ticket exclusively for the following no. 5 (five) matches played against: SS Lazio, AC Milan, FC Internazionale, Juventus FC and SSC Napoli;
    
    (ii) to the Plus Subscription, the applicant for the Subscription will have the right to resell the same, under the terms and conditions specified below, through the online management system of the modification of the user of the Subscription, available in the reserved area of the "Il Mio Posto" App, the access ticket for all 19 (nineteen) races;
    
    in the following ways:
    
    
    • re-sale of the seat of the individual match through the online management system available after registration in the reserved area of the "Il Mio Posto" App, through the return of the seat to AS Roma, which, at its discretion, may re-enter it on the normal sales channels and, in the event of a positive outcome of the sale, will pay a share equal to 60% of the nominal value of the ticket to the holder of the Season Ticket,  in the form of a credit/voucher that can be spent, within 18 months from the date of accreditation (which will take place within 5 days from the date of the match), at the AS Roma ticket office (by which we mean single tickets, season tickets or mini-season tickets);
      
      
    • the credit/voucher cannot be used for the purchase of tickets for matches not organized directly by AS Roma and/or for products or services of different kinds or types;
      
      
    • the seat can be put on sale by the season ticket holder within 48 hours before the single race. For 24 hours after it goes on sale, the seat cannot be taken back by the Season Ticket holder. If AS Roma has not sold the seat, the season ticket holder has the right to take it back by 23:59 CET on the day before the match;
      
      
    • it is understood that if the seat subject to the sale has not been resold by AS Roma and not taken back by the Season Ticket holder, nothing will be due to the latter for any reason:
      
      
    • it is understood that the user can be changed under the terms and conditions set out in letter B) above
      
      

NOTE FOR DISTINTI NORD EST 2023/24 SUBSCRIBERS ("DISTINTI NORD EST 2023/24 SEASON TICKET HOLDERS")

Season ticket holders in the Distinti Nord Est sector in the 2023/2024 sports season will not be able to renew their place for the 2024/2025 sports season. 

By guaranteeing the pre-sale right granted to other season ticket holders, in order to be able to purchase the season ticket for the 2024/2025 sports season, Distinti Nord Est 23/24 season ticket holders by connecting to the www.asroma.com website and using their credentials (PNR and date of birth), will have the opportunity to choose a new seat among the best available in the sectors on sale.
