    Match tickets

    Once you have purchased your ticket it is not possible to change its area, block or seat. 


    You can buy a maximum of four tickets per transaction and for the same match. 


    You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, or Amex credit or debit cards, by bank transfer and by PayPal or splitting your payment in three interest-free instalments.


    The club strongly recommends against purchasing tickets on unofficial websites. The only official sales channel is the www.asroma.com website. To verify tickets purchased elsewhere get in touch with our Contact Center at +39 0689386000. Lines are open from 09.00 a.m to 6.30 p.m. CET/CEST Monday to Friday and on match days from 3 hours prior to the match until kick-off. 


    You can access the stadium by scanning the QR available on your PDF ticket.  


    It is possible to change the holder only on full fare tickets and for matches which are free of restrictions. To make the change, click here.


    Get in touch with the Contact Center on +39 0689386000 in order to receive a new copy of the ticket (only if you bought a digital ticket). 



    You can purchase a ticket:

    • Through the AS Roma Contact Center (only for reduced tickets for 100%  disabled people with chaperone) Tel. +39 0689386000, Monday to Friday from 09.00 a.m to 6.30 p.m. CET/CEST.

    Send a disability certificate showing both the 100% disability rate and the right to a carer to callcenter@asroma.it and call +39 0689386000 to provide credit or debit card details. Tickets will be sent by email. 


    The refund will only be issued if the holder tests positive for COVID-19 via request to be sent to the e-mail callcenter@asroma.it attaching the positivity certificate. The refund can only be managed if the request is submitted well in advance of the kick off. Under no circumstances will it be possible to cancel tickets after the match has started or has been played. 


    Children born after 1st January 2019 do not need a ticket. They will not occupy a seat but will be allowed to access with a paying adult,  showing an identity card at the entrances, and to sit on their guardian’s lap.


    Ticket information can only be changed if the ticket has been bought at a full price and as long as there are no restrictions imposed on the match. In order to complete the holder change, click here.


    It is possible to buy match tickets at a reduced non-transferable fare for children younger than 16 only in the areas where you can see the U16 icon. Please note that the Under16 reduced fare can only be bought together with at least one full-fare ticket within the same transaction.

    If you are entitled to accreditation you must register on the portal https://asroma.fasmedia.it/?lang=en /, wait for your profile to be approved, log in a week before the match to book accreditation - subject to availability - and you will receive the ticket by e-mail.     Kickoff dates and times are set by the Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A. You can view the calendar and check for fixture alterations and postponements at the following link:  https://www.legaseriea.it/it/serie-a/calendario-e-risultati.


    Once the purchase is completed it is not possible to cancel the operation or change them for a different match. However, you can change the name of the ticket holder as long as it is a full price ticket and there are no restrictions imposed by the authorities on that specific match. To complete the holder change, click here.


    When making the purchase, only in the areas where the reduced rate is available, you can select the reduction from the dropdown menu. Please note that the Under16 reduced fare can only be purchased together with at least one full-fare within the same transaction. 


    Once the purchase has been completed it can no longer be cancelled or modified. The reduction is not applied automatically but must be selected manually from the dropdown menu, only in the areas where it is available. 


    Ticket changes are only permitted for full price tickets and for matches which are free of restrictions. In order to proceed with the change, click here.

    Season Tickets

    You can renew your season ticket:

    • At asroma.com
    • By calling the AS Roma Contact Center (only for 100% disabled supporters with a chaperone and for Corporate season tickets). Tel. +39 0689386000, Monday to Friday from 09.00 a.m. to 06.30 p.m. CET/CEST.

    The 2024-25 Serie A season ticket includes all AS Roma Serie A home matches (with the exception of the Season Ticket in Curva Nord which includes 18 matches, having to exclude the home match against Lazio)


    You can sell your ticket for the matches allowed by your type of season ticket via the official AS Roma channel by visiting the App “Il Mio Posto” and selecting the relevant match. If your seat is actually purchased, you will be credited 60% of the amount in the form of a voucher which can be spent on our online ticketing page within 18 months.


    2024/25 Season Tickets are only digital and can be activated on the dedicated App “Il Mio Posto”.


    You can change the holder of your season ticket according to the conditions of your subscription, that can be consulted here 


    You can download the App “Il Mio Posto” on another smartphone and access your season ticket by entering your date of birth and PNR on the new device. 


    Once you have purchased your season ticket it is not possible to change its block and/or seat. 


    Once you have purchased your season ticket it is not possible to change permanently the name of its holder.

    Once you have completed your purchase, it is not possible to cancel the transaction or change the fare you have applied. Please note that discounts are not applied automatically and need to be chosen manually from the dropdown menu on the personal details page.     Disabled Fans

    Yes. The wheelchair disabled parking area is located at the Stadio dei Marmi (next to the Tribuna Tevere). For all other kinds of disabilities you can find a parking zone in Viale Alberto Blanc, subject to availability. You must be in possession of a disabled match ticket and blue badge for disabled parking to access it.

    First Time At The Stadio Olimpico

    To find out how to get to the Stadio Olimpico visit our website: https://www.asroma.com/en/tickets/stadio-olimpico.

    Fans are able to reach the Stadio Olimpico using scooter or car sharing services. Alternatively, go to https://viaggiacon.atac.roma.it/ to find out how to get to the stadium by public transport.


    It is strongly recommended that fans enter the stadium at the time indicated on their ticket in order to avoid overcrowding. We suggest to be at the Stadium starting from 1 hour and 30 minutes before the match.


    In order to enter the stadium you need a valid match ticket and a valid identity document. There is no need to print digital tickets.

    Luggage is not permitted in the Stadio Olimpico.


    Power banks are not permitted in the Stadio Olimpico.


    E-cigarettes are not permitted in the Stadio Olimpico.

    Helmets are not permitted in the Stadio Olimpico.


    Yes, such keys are permitted in the Stadio Olimpico.


    There is nowhere to leave luggage in the Stadio Olimpico.


    Only non-professional cameras are permitted.


    Pushchairs are not permitted in the Stadio Olimpico.


    Yes. Umbrellas are permitted in the Stadio Olimpico but they must not have a pointed end.


    Crutches are permitted in the Stadio Olimpico as long as the user presents a medical certificate.


    Food items such as sandwiches and pizza are permitted but drinks in bottles or other containers are not.

    Yes. There is a Roma Store inside the Foro Italico sports complex.


    There are spaces marked with white stripes (free) and blue stripes (paid) around the Foro Italico.

    Parking

    For the 2024/25 Season we do not have parking availability.

    Away Matches

    You need to have an AS Roma Card where required to be able to purchase tickets for away matches.


    To purchase an AS Roma Card, please visit our website: https://asromacard.asroma.com/tdt?vendor=&lang=en.


    To purchase away tickets, you should check the requirements on the home team’s website.


    You can request for the card to be added to the national register by heading to https://sport.ticketone.it/post-order and selecting ‘Card Authorisation’.


    Minors under the age of 14 are not required to have the AS ROMA CARD, as per Ministry of the Interior DL no.39/2015, however, each team has the option to request it based on specific organizational needs.

    AS Roma Card

    The AS Roma Card allows you to purchase away tickets when required by the home team.


    The AS Roma Card costs €20 and can be collected free of charge from the Roma Store in Piazza Colonna 360 or sent to your home address for an additional fee of €10.


    The AS Roma Card is valid for a period of five years from the date of issue.


    Yes. For most away fixtures, the host team requires you to have the original copy. For further information, please contact the relevant club.

    You must enter your personal details (first name, surname, valid ID, address, etc.), upload a passport-style photo and complete payment using a credit or debit card.


    The AS Roma Card is required for all fans over the age of 14 to attend away fixtures. According to specific organizational needs, each team has the option to request it also for minors under the age of 14.  


    Yes. You can purchase the card and request shipment to your home address.


    You can request for the card to be added to the national register by heading to https://sport.ticketone.it/post-order and selecting ‘Card Authorisation’.


    Your AS Roma Card will be delivered within four working weeks. We suggest that you request for it to be printed ready for collection at the Roma Store in Piazza Colonna 360 at the time of purchase, as it will be available to collect immediately after the online subscription is completed.


    To subscribe for a new AS Roma Card go to the website https://asromacard.asroma.com/Cards, enter your old card number and date of birth, and click on ‘Search’. 

    Fulvio Bernardini Sports Centre in Trigoria
