Ferrara, 17, has signed a new three-year deal with the club that runs until 30 June 2025.
Ferrara joined the Giallorosse's youth system ahead of the 2015-16 season, progressing all the way to the first-team
She was a key figure in the Primavera side that has won the national title for the last three seasons running, while she made her first team debut last season in the Coppa Italia against Como.
"To renew my contract and make the step up to the first-team squad are two amazing achievements that I've managed through hard work and dedication," Ferrara said.
"Roma is home, I am ready to show what I can do and help my teammates to reach our targets.
"When I first joined the club I was a kid with lots of dreams; achieving them all is my big ambition."
A regular figure for Italy Under-19s, Ferrara also earned a first senior call-up ahead of this summer's European Championship.
