Following the governmental decision to limit stadium capacities to 5,000 attendees, a decision that affected the recent home game against Cagliari, the club has decided to compensate season ticket holders who missed out on a match they were otherwise entitled to attend as part of their purchase.
From 12:00 CET on Monday 24 January, up to 18:00 on Thursday 3 February, an automatic system will be in place to allow supporters to claim their compensation by submitting their PNR code and compiling a short form (which will go live on Monday morning).
Only one PNR code can be used for each request.
As was outlined in prior communications, season ticket holders have the option to choose three different methods of compensation:
* Given the potential for further stadium capacity limitations over the coming weeks and months, it unfortunately cannot be guaranteed that supporters will receive a ticket in the same seat as their season ticket.
All holders of a valid 2021-22 Serie A season ticket who were unable to attend the recent home game against Cagliari can request reimbursement of some form.
Fans who won the ballot to sit in Tribuna Tevere for the match against Cagliari are not permitted to request reimbursement, as they were able to attend the game as part of their season ticket as normal.
However, those fans who won the ballot and attended the Coppa Italia victory over Lecce are eligible to request reimbursement - that game is considered to be a gift from the club to its season ticket holders.
AS Roma would like to remind fans that the procedure for requesting reimbursement will run for 10 days - after that point, any fan who has not made a request will automatically see a donation to the value of a single match given to Roma Cares and its projects.
