The Roma Cares project sees first-team players from the men's and women's teams visit schools around Rome and its periphery, teaching them the importance of principles including fair play, respect and equality for all.
This week Spinazzola joined students from the Dionigio Romeo Chiodi Comprehensive School to talk about fair play and the problems of bullying and cyber-bullying.
The Italy international full-back also answered questions from the students on a number of topics.
"It's not just with your hands that you can bully people but also your words - which often hurt that much more," Spinazzola said.
"I always try to teach my son about respect, about how important it is to carry yourself in the right way and to try and protect and relate to those kids who, like him, could be having a tough time."
He added: "That's what I try to do when I'm on the pitch; I always try to show respect to the opposition and the referees and the different views or prespectives they have. On and off the pitch, that's how I want to be."
