The game at the Paolo Mazza, which gets underway at 21:45 local time, will see the Giallorossi try to extend their recent four-match unbeaten run in Serie A - against a side who were officially relegated at the weekend.
In his pre-match interview, boss Paulo Fonseca suggested Nicolo Zaniolo would not be available for the game due to injury - but has subsequently revealed a late injury to Cengiz Under changed his thinking.
“Earlier I said that Zaniolo would not be available for Wednesday," Foneca said.
"This afternoon, unfortunately, Cengiz picked up a knock. As a result I asked Nicolo how he was, and if he felt ready to travel with the team. He underwent a fitness test that gave us more encouraging answers than yesterday, and so I’ve decided to bring him with us.”
