• 24/25 SEASON TICKET HOLDER PLUS PRESALE: reserved for Serie A Season Ticket holders with the PLUS formula subscribed for the 2024/25 season. 
  
  From 12:00 on Wednesday 5, to 15:00 on Thursday 6 February 2025. To finalize the purchase, the PNR of the PLUS Serie A 24/25 season ticket and the date of birth must be entered in the appropriate login field.
  
  
• GENERAL SALE (IF APPLICABLE): from 15:00 on Thursday 6, to 18:00 on Friday 7 February 2025. 

Before proceeding with the purchase, it is mandatory to create a personal MYASR account and only one voucher can be purchased per transaction and account.

• AS Roma, considering the high volume of requests and the limited availability of tickets, warns fans that there may be slowdowns in the ticket purchase process right from the pre-emption phase. The position obtained in accessing the virtual queue service also does not give you the certainty that you can complete the transaction. We strongly discourage simultaneous queue access with multiple browsers at the same time from the same device. 
• The voucher obtained at the end of the purchase process does not constitute a ticket to access the stadium. 
• The ticket will not show the name. The personal details of the data controller will be acquired for security purposes and transmitted to the Authorities of Italy and Portugal. It will not be possible to make changes to the name entered during the purchase phase on asroma.com.  
• In the pre-emption phase, it will also be possible to register the ticket in the name of a name other than the holder of the season ticket. 
• The purchase of the ticket implies full acceptance of the Stadium regulations available on the official website of the host club, as well as compliance with the AS Roma code of conduct available here. 
• To request the reservation of tickets reserved for wheelchair users, it is necessary to send an email to dao@asroma.it no later than 6 pm on Thursday 6 February 2025. 
• Detailed information regarding the meeting point and the rules of access to the stadium will be communicated in the days before the match.

AS Roma also recommends that all its fans do not travel to Portugal for the match without already having a valid ticket for the away sector and to carefully check the travel requirements required by the local authorities.

All children born from 1 January 2019 will be able to enter the stadium without a ticket, showing a valid document at the entrances and accompanied by an adult. Inside the stadium they will not be able to occupy seats but will necessarily have to sit on the legs of the companion. For all those born before the date, it will be necessary to purchase an access ticket.

PLUS and CLASSIC EXTRA season ticket holders 2024/25 (according to the conditions of their subscription) will be able to use the resale service via the "Il Mio Posto" app.

Find out how to use the service in a few simple steps:

• Enter the "Resale" section, the system will check the subscriptions associated with your account, which will then be selectable for resale of the seat.
• Once the subscription to be resold has been selected, the system will display the matches available for resale.
• Thereafter, the subscriber simply must tap on 'Put up for sale' and the seat will then be immediately available on the individual match.
  
  This choice is irrevocable for the first 24 hours. Thereafter, the subscriber can take the seat back whenever he or she wishes.
  
  
• Season ticket holders can put their seats on sale up to 48 hours before kick-off. Resale seats will be available for purchase until 24 hours before the match. All unsold seats will be automatically returned to the season ticket holder, who will then be able to use the season ticket or sell it through a change of user.
  
  Please note: the change of user for this season is available for the CLASSIC EXTRA season ticket holders only for 3 times except for the matches against Lazio, Juventus, AC Milan, Inter and Napoli and for PLUS season ticket holders, only for 4 times except for the matches against Lazio, Juventus, AC Milan, Inter and Napoli.
  
  
• So, what happens if the ticket is sold?
  • the subscriber receives an email notification of successful resale.
  • 24 hours before the resold match, the QR code of the season ticket will no longer be visible in the app but will be obscured and displayed as resold.
  • 5 days after the event, the subscriber will receive the credit to which he/she is entitled (60% of the resale face value of the ticket). Payment will be notified by e-mail. The credit can be spent on ASROMA tickets.
  • At that point, still in the app, the subscriber will be able to consult the voucher code generated by the system and the associated credit.
  • The credit accrued from individual resales will be valid 18 months from the date of credit. Each individual amount from resold matches will expire relative to the date of crediting. The subscriber will be able to consult all movements associated with his voucher code directly in the app at any time.

The purchase of tickets in the AS Roma sectors for residents in the Lombardia Region is it not possible.

The change of user is permitted for a maximum of one time for the same fiscal seal.

The change of user for all 2024/25 season tickets, including subscriptions reserved for companions of 100% disabled people, is available in the "AS Roma - Il mio posto" app. Change of user is permitted for a maximum of one time for the same PNR.

ATTENTION: it will be possible to proceed with the change of user, then cancel it and reassign the subscription to its holder, however this will be counted as an actual change.
